A four year old girl died in Kisauni sub- county on Saturday after the ground on which they were playing on caved in. However, another child was able to escape death by a whisker after the ground sunk due to what witnesses termed as internal seepage caused by the heavy rain.
The incident happened at 1pm when the girl and the boy were playing hide and seek when both of them sunk into the sunken hole. Those who rushed to the scene where only able to rescue the boy but the girl was already dead.
