Beware as Robbers on Motorbikes on the Rise

Law enforcers have been struck with yet a new challenge. The use of motorbikes to commit crime has been on the rise over the past few months.
Alarming is the fact that these are  daylight robberies. Robbers take advantage of traffic snarl-ups to escape for they are advantaged by their ease mobility
In most cases these motorcycles are used to snatch handbags, laptop bags and other items from victims.
It is however difficult to identify, arrest and prosecute these criminals since they hide their faces in the helmets they wear. They've even gone as far a removing number plates from their bikes.
Not long ago gunmen on  motorcycles shot two village elders in Mombasa  killing one of then on the spot. Two weeks prior to that, a police officer was sprayed with bullets outside a hotel .
Something should be done to address this.
